The hotel had a warm and inviting ambiance, with cozy furniture and beautiful decor that reminded me of a charming mountain lodge. The common areas were spacious and easy to navigate, making it accessible for senior people like myself. The staff were always ready to assist, ensuring our comfort and helping us with any requests. It truly felt like a home away from home.

I would have loved to see more activities tailored specifically for seniors during our stay. It would have been great to have organized outings or gentle exercise classes designed for our needs.

good breakfast, great location- we hired skis from oposite the gondola & stored them there overnight so walked to & from the gondola (less than 5min walk) so didn't use the shuttle bus. Staff were friendly on the whole- apart from once when I rung reception and whoever answered didn't understand me & kept hanging up on me.

Our overwhelming experience of this hotel was positive & we would stay again however there are a few things that others should be aware of. The curtains didn't close properly, the room was quite smoky when people in other rooms were smoking. The kitchenette was good but didn't have any kettle or any pots- plates, cups & cuttlery only. I specifically wanted a hotel with a jacuzzi which was 'out of order' when we were there, the spa was otherwise ok but pool not warm enough to unwind after a day on the slopes.

That it was very very close to gondola and pirin street

That althought i did pay more money to have a fireplace into my room,no where in booking was saying that is extra cost and that i had to pay 10 euro per day for use and woods

The location was perfect, and we found the spa facilities to be very useful. the room itself looked nice and was comfortable, although we would have preferred a double bed instead of two single beds put together. everything else about our stay was fantastic. the breakfast provided was sufficient, and considering it was low season, we weren't expecting anything too fancy. we highly recommend Elegant Lux for a pleasant stay. No issues. 👍.

This place is located in a neat building in a great location close to the ski slopes, we had a wonderful weekend and plan to return in the future.

The rooms are warm and amazing, offering particularly nice views of the mountains. the comfortable beds are perfect after a long day in Bansko. the hotel is in an excellent location near restaurants, bars, the gondola, and skiing.

The hotel was a comfortable base for enjoying a lovely area, very close to town center. My stay was VERY COMFORTABLE here.

Facilities were good, even so Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

The place is nice and absolutely amazing, we didn't want to leave!

The surroundings of the hotel was unfinished and when it was windy there was to much dust.

Kindly staff, good location to ski lift. It is a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Excellent rooms. Place for storage of skis.

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and spacious, with clean linen and towels provided. The location was convenient, being very close to the gondola station. We were pleasantly surprised to find parking available right in front of the hotel. The hotel also provided a shuttle bus service to the gondola, which was a great convenience, especially when wearing ski gear. The heating inside the rooms and around the hotel was perfect, keeping us warm in the winter weather. Lastly, the hotel staff were amazing when it came to accommodating our room request. Despite not having a studio available with a balcony, they upgraded us to a 1 bedroom apartment that did have a balcony, free of charge. The breakfast provided was also plentiful and satisfying.

The location of the hotel was quite near the gondola lift. Nevertheless, the street to reach the hotel was completely muddy.

The spa was not such thing, as the jacuzzi was not working and the pool was quite cold. The style of the hotel is very kitsch, rather than "elegant" or "lux".

I appreciated the hotel and had a pleasant stay during winter. the location close to the gondola, the main ski lift of Bansko, was great. - It is also adjacent to the mountain and the restaurants and bars in town.
